Prior to establishing Vasko & Nazarchuk, Igor Nazarchuk practiced for 4 years as an attorney in one of the biggest Ukrainian law firms, where he headed the Department of Banking and Finance.

For about 2 years, Igor Nazarchuk headed the Department of Law Development at the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine.

Also, Igor Nazarchuk practiced for approximately 4 years in one of the biggest international law firms in the world. In the firm, Igor Nazarchuk specialized in banking and finance, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate and investment matters.

In 1991, Igor Nazarchuk graduated with honors from the National Law Academy named for Yaroslav Moudry in Kharkiv.

In 1996, Igor Nazarchuk received his Ph. D. in Law from the Department of Civil Law at the Law Department of the Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

Also, Igor Nazarchuk lectures from time to time at the Shevchenko Kyiv National University. Igor Nazarchuk co-authored the book “Securities Market: Legal Principles of Formation and Functioning”.

In addition to Ukrainian, Igor Nazarchuk fluently speaks Russian and has a good knowledge of English.

Igor Nazarchuk is licensed to provide legal services as an attorney in Ukraine.
